• Education Evaluations  along with degree certificates and transcripts (If you earned your degree outside the USA)
• Professional certificates and experience letters
• Current status L1 approval notice and recent paystubs
• Social Security Number (SSN)
• Resume

Filing as L2 to H1B

• Passport (First, last and visa pages)
• I-94 (Front and back)
• Education Evaluations  along with degree certificates and transcripts (If you earned your degree outside the USA)
• Professional certificates and experience letters
• Current status L2 approval notice
• EAD and recent paystubs (If any)
• Social Security Number (SSN) –(If any)
• Spouse’s L1 approval notice and recent paystubs
• Marriage certificate
• Resume

Filing as H4 to H1B

• Passport (First, last and visa pages)
• I-94 (Front and back)
• Education Evaluations  along with degree certificates and transcripts (If you earned your degree outside the USA)
• Professional certificates and experience letters
• Current status H4 approval notice
• Spouse’s H1B approval notice and recent paystubs
• Marriage certificate

Filing as F1 Student to H1B

• Copies of I-20
• EAD (If any)
• Passport (First, last and visa pages)
